Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you are welcome to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. We do not hold your credit card on file after the transaction. Your credit card number will be required to be entered in the order form every time you make a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the privacy policy, please contact us.
Shipping Information
Shipping fee applies to all products within continental USA. Free shipping means shipping is included in the advertised price. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days of placing the order for most orders. Please verify that the mailing address and product quantities are submitted correctly. Once an order is submitted, it may me difficult to change the the address. No P.O. box addresses can be processed.We offer ground shipping anywhere within the Continental U.S.A. to arrive within 9 business days for most of our products using UPS, Fedex or USPS.International shipping at additional cost.

Return Policy
We take pride in our products and services. While we strive for perfect product and delivery every time, we are aware that problems can occur. Please be sure to inspect the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. If you have an issue with a product that doesn't work or otherwise isn't quite right, review our policies below. We hope this helps make every transaction as smooth as possible.
Returning Unused/Unopened Item(s)
All returns must be send back (postmarked) within 14 days of the product being delivered to your door. Item(s) must be in original packaging and with all original contents or the return will be refused.
You may send the merchandise back via the shipping carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
We will not pay for postage on any returned merchandise unless the return is a result of our error. You will be refunded for the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.
Refused product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show returns was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
